Before joining ESRI, he was vice president of electric operations at NSTAR, Massachusetts' largest investor- owned electric and gas utility. Bill received his bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, and his master of engineering degree in electric power at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.
