Anita M. Palmer cofounded GISetc., an organization that helps educators develop their skills in teaching geospatial technologies to students. She has trained thousands of teachers in GIS fundamentals and taught them how to use GIS in their classrooms.

Christine L. Voigt is an award-winning educator and freelance curriculum writer. She serves as a teacher consultant for National Geographic Society and a member of the ESRI K–12 Authorized Teaching Program.
